Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"

This website serves to ensure that data subjects are fully, transparently and easily accessible informed about the processing of personal data, including special categories of personal data, by the controller of such data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

2. Scope of processing - personal data processed

We process only the personal data that we obtain from you by filling in on the controller's website for the purpose of contacting you later. This includes the following personal data:
(a) name, surname
b) email address
c) telephone number 

3. Purposes of processing

The purposes of processing are the reasons why we process your personal data. We process your above personal data for the following purposes:
(a) arranging an appointment
b) answering an enquiry
b) ordering services
 
We do not process your personal data for other purposes. We do not use it for marketing purposes, nor are other processing operations performed on it.

4. Recipients of personal data

We do not pass on your personal data to other processors and controllers. In rare cases, it may be passed on to persons who perform activities for the controller on the basis of a contractual relationship. However, all persons who have the possibility to get acquainted with your personal data are also obliged by law to protect your personal data and to observe mandatory confidentiality. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organisations.

5. Retention period

We only process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing. This is the period of time when you can reasonably expect to enter into a contractual relationship, arrange an appointment or be contacted by the controller as required. Your personal data is therefore processed for a maximum period of 1 year. 

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data. If you find that your personal data is not kept correctly or is inaccurate, you have the right to request the rectification of your personal data. You also have the right to have your personal data erased, except where we are prevented from doing so by legal obligations or where other exceptions are met. You also have the right to request restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of data protection legislation. For the territory of the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). 

7. How to exercise your rights

You can exercise your rights related to the protection of personal data by submitting a request to the controller. The content of the request must always include at least the applicant's data listed above (which you have filled in on the controller's website) and a specification of the rights claimed.
You have several options for submitting your request. In order to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data by third parties, each of the options is linked to some form of verification of your identity.

You can submit your request as follows: 
(a) In writing - Please affix your certified signature to the request, place it in an envelope marked "GDPR Request" and send it to the Controller's address.
b) By email - Affix your certified electronic signature to the request and send it to obchod@cheops.cz with the subject line "GDPR Request".
c) By data message - Send the request from your data box to the controller's data box and indicate "GDPR Request" in the Subject field.

8. Failure to provide personal data

You are not entitled to withhold your personal data. If you do not provide us with your data, we will not be able to contact you.
